David Znaty – Chairman and CEO

Prior to starting up Physikron, David Znaty was Chairman & CEO of Publicis Technology, the Solution company of the Publicis Group, then Chairman of Ingenico,  the world’s leading provider of payment solutions.

David Znaty earned a Master  in Science of Management from  MIT Sloan School of Management.


David Scigocki, PhD - Chief Scientific Officer

Before starting up Physikron in 2005 and being in charge of R&D, Dr Scigocki spent 7 years in Georges Charpak (Nobel prize in  Physics) laboratory at the Cern in Geneva, as a Physicist staff member heading part of the laboratory developing new instrumentation for high energy Physics.

Then Dr Scigocki developed TOF MS prototypes in the Laboratoire de Physique Moléculaire des Hautes Energies (LPMHE) of Côte D’Azur.

Dr Scigocki received his PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Chambéry and Cern.


Patrick Vayn - Vice President

Before starting up Physikron Patrick Vayn was Managing Director of NIFE in France, a world’s leader in batteries and power electronics, then CEO of a consulting firm in innovation and Chairman and CEO of a small firm developing fuel cells and new batteries.

Patrick Vayn earned a SM degree in chemical engineering from MIT and  then an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John M. Lindsay – Vice President – Sales and Marketing – North America

Prior to joining the Physikron team, John has held senior management positions at Millipore Corp., PerSeptive Biosystems, and Cohesive Technologies.  In 2001, John founded the firm SciPartners, which provides sales and marketing services to valued added VC backed firms in the Life Science Marketplace.  Recently, SciPartners was instrumental in building the ProXeon Biosystems nano-LC business in North America , which was acquired by ThermoFisher Scientific.

John has earned a BA degree from Marquette University.

Christian Claude- Sales & Marketing Manager- Europe

Christian has been involved in the mass spectrometry industry as Sales & Marketing manager for many years in companies like Nermag, Fisons (France and Canada), Micromass and Waters. He has participated to the launch of new MS technologies applied to combinatorial chemistry, metabonomics, proteomics and others.

Christian Claude is graduated from the University of Grenoble and the Chamber of Commerce of Dunkirk.
