In this application note Sanofi, one of the major worldwide pharmaceutical company, and Physikron show how our technology can improve the identification of proteins in Human Embrionic Kydney (HEK) lysate. Several search engines are used  namely Mascot, MaxQuant, Mascot+Physikron and the last one significantly overperforms the others. Details of the analytical method and the Physikron technology are given and discussed.
